Rules

1. General

1.1 Alternate Accounts

• Multiple accounts per player is prohibited. If you lost access to your account, we can transfer at your request if you provide sufficient proof of ownership.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Alt accounts banned permanently
  • Second offense: Main account and alt accounts banned permanently

1.2 Inappropriate Account Content

• Using offensive, unfit language inside username;
• Using skins that have offensive and hate symbols, or involve nudity
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: Permanent ban

1.3 Toxicity

• Toxicity is negative and harmful behavior displayed towards others, such as insults, verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 7 day ban
  • Third offense: 30 day ban

1.4 Doxing

• Disclosing, or threatening to disclose, the personal real life information of a player is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
• Threatening to, or disclosing private, unconsented information/content about a person, like their picture, date of birth, real life name, etc.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Permanent ban

1.5 Discrimination

• Unfair decision making based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender, or other ascribed status.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 7 day ban
  • Third offense: 30 day ban

1.6 Exploiting Bugs

• Knowingly using unintended gameplay behavior to gain an advantage over other players. If you find a bug report it to staff immediately, and warn others to not use it if you notice them.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning and repossession of any gained items/money
  • Second offense: 14 day ban and repossession of any gained items/money
  • Third offense: 30 day ban and repossession of any gained items/money

1.7 Real Life Transactions

• Performing transactions involving real life money for services and items in game is punishable by Mojang ToS, and is prohibited. Some cases that only involve services outside the server are fine, however they must not be advertised (ex.: hosting services)
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning for both buyer and seller
  • Second offense: 60 day ban for both buyer and seller

1.8 Fully Automatic Farms

• Use of any contraption which allows the harvesting of materials without player interaction is prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Usage of farms that allow the player to not interact with them at all and gain materials.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 7 day ban and repossession of all gains

1.9 AFK Avoidance

• Trying to bypass the auto kick plugin while not being at the computer
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 24h ban

1.10 Ticket Abuse

• Abusing tickets, for example opening multiple of them for no reason, or just constantly opening tickets that don't require them;
• Killing a staff member that is responding to a ticket knowingly*
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 7 day ban
  • Third offense: 14 day ban, *90 day ban

2. Chat

2.1 Advertising

• Advertising services or other servers unrelated to our server;
• Mentioning other server names;
• If you are unsure about something, open a ticket on discord and staff can help you there.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 7 day ban
  • Third offense: 30 day ban

2.2 Spamming

• Sending messages in quick succession;
• Sending the same message multiple times
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 30m mute
  • Third offense: 12h mute

2.3 Excessive Profanity

• Overusing profanity without them adding any extra meaning
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 1h mute
  • Third offense: 24h mute

3. Griefing

3.1 Inappropriate Builds

• Creating structures that resemble inappropriate, hate symbols, or any kind of offensive material.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 7 day ban
  • Third offense: 30 day ban

3.2 Altering Property

• Locking doors, modifying, or performing any other alterations to a plot without permission.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning, and a fine paid to the land owner of potential lost income, or the property value lost by said alterations
  • Second offense: 7 day ban, and a fine paid to the land owner of potential lost income, or the property value lost by said alterations
  • Third offense: 14 day ban, and a fine paid to the land owner of potential lost income, or the property value lost by said alterations

4. Client Modification

4.1 X-Ray

• The use of any modification or exploit which may allow a player to find valuable items, or see through blocks.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning, and any items potentially gained taken away
  • Second offense: 14 day ban, and any items potentially gained taken away
  • Third offense: 60 day ban, and any items potentially gained taken away

4.2 Modifications

• Any modification made, software, or hardware, that provide the player with an advantage
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Warning
  • Second offense: 14 day ban
  • Third offense: Permanent ban
