Rules

1. General

1.1 Alternate Accounts

• Multiple accounts per player is prohibited. If you lost access to your account, we can transfer at your request if you provide sufficient proof of ownership.
• Punishment:
  • First offense: Alt accounts banned permanently
  • Second offense: Main account and alt accounts banned permanently

1.2 Inappropriate Account Content

• Players may not use inappropriate names, skins, or other account-related info which is publicly available. Players who violate this section will be asked to change the inappropriate content, but further such violations may result in a ban.
• Punishment: TBD

1.3 Toxicity

• No player will engage in toxic behavior which may include, but is not limited to, personal attacks, personal threats, attempting to bait another player into a reaction. Staff will use their discretion regarding what constitutes toxicity, and violations of this section will result in a ban.
• Punishment: TBD

1.4 Doxing

• Disclosing, or threatening to disclose, the personal real life information of a player is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
• Punishment: TBD

1.5 Exploiting Bugs

• Using any bug in the game to do something which would otherwise be impossible is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.
• Punishment: TBD

1.6 Real Life Transactions

• All off-platform, real life transactions are prohibited and violators may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

1.7 Fully Automatic Farms

• Use of any contraption which allows the harvesting of materials without player interaction is prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

1.8 AFK Avoidance

• Use of any contraption which allows a player to avoid being kicked for being AFK is prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

1.9 Ticket Abuse

• Abusing the ticket system in a frivolous manner or using it as a way to kill staff members is prohibited. Violators will be warned repeat offenders may be banned.

2. Chat

2.1 Discrimination

• No player(s) will discriminate against another player(s) due to their race, sex, sexual orientation, gender, or other ascribed status.
• Punishment: TBD

2.2 Advertising

• Talking about a competing server publicly, advertising unapproved links etc. Violators may be warned with repeat offenders being banned
• Punishment: TBD

2.3 Spamming

• Repeating a message three or more times in quick succession, intended to fill the chat with messages is prohibited. Violators will be warned, and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

2.4 Excessive Profanity

• Use of slurs and profanity in an excessive manner will result in a warning, and repeated violations will result in a ban.
• Punishment: TBD

3. Griefing

3.1 Theft

• Stealing items that players have without permission is prohibited. Violators will return stolen items, they will be warned, and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

3.2 Inappropriate Builds

• The construction of builds that are considered inappropriate is prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

3.3 Destruction

• Destroying builds, land, or anything else which does not belong to the player with their hands or any other item is prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

3.4 Altering Property

• Locking doors, modifying buildings, or other alterations to property not owned by the player is prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

4. Client Modification

4.1 X-Ray

• The use of any modification or exploit which may allow a player to see through blocks is prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
• Punishment: TBD

4.2 Modifications

• Any other modifications which give the player an unfair advantage or ability in any way are prohibited. Violators will be warned and repeat offenders may be banned.
