A Helper is the lowest staff rank on UnitedMC, it is in order as a trial to test your skills and abilities as a staff member, you can only achieve higher staff positions if you start as a Helper.
A Helper adheres to answering players in game and on the servers Discord, this may be general enquires asked in a general chat and/or tickets created by players. Your role is to make sure players feel welcomed on the server and to give them any help when required (making sure to follow servers rules & laws). As a Helper you are also to help higher ranked staff members with many helpful but small tasks/jobs on UnitedMC
The requirements to become a Helper are as follow:
- You must be an active member of the community, meaning you must be active on all server platforms, such as in game, on the servers Discord, and on the servers Forums.
- You must have joined the server atleast 1 month before applying.
- You are required to have atleast 3 days of server playtime before applying.
- You need to follow all servers rules & laws at all times.
- Any previous punishments may affect your application chances.
- You are required to be Mature, responsible and efficient.
- There is an age requirement of atleast 13 to be accepted as a Staff Member.

Once your application is submitted, it will be under review by senior staff members and may take up to 2 - 3 weeks before you are informed of a decision,. We ask you to please be patient to allow senior staff members to thoroughly review your application and to make sure the right choice is made, doing the opposite will only result negatively on your application.
